Pakistan National Shipping Corporation PNSC Jobs 2026 for Manager, General Manager, Superintendent, and Deputy Manager Posts
Pakistan National Shipping Corporation PNSC has announced a wide selection of new jobs for 2026 to support the fleet of PNSC. Jobs are primarily in Karachi, and will be contracted. They want to hire people with experience and qualifications in a variety of fields, including: management of the fleets of vessels; managing safety for all aspects of shipboard operations; engineering and maintenance for all repair and dry docking facilities; and personnel management. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing an overall smooth operation of marine transportation; maintaining vessels; and may be responsible to ensure safety of vessels in their operation; as well as meeting the environmental standards set forth by the IMO.
In addition to administrative and technical duties, employees will monitor the performance of the fleet; supervise the maintenance of vessels and dry dock schedules; coordinate communication between vessel masters and port authorities; and oversee compliance with the International Code for Safety at Sea. The types of job positions are created to ensure that PNSC is providing a high level of reliability and service to the national shipping fleet while supporting the nation’s economy through the promotion of its maritime trade and logistics industry associated with PNSC.

How to Apply:
All those wishing to apply for the positions must fill out the application form as established by PNSC and submit a CV meeting the published criteria.
Those currently employed by the Government must route their applications through the proper channels and must provide a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC).
The positions will be provided on a contract basis for two years, with a potential extension yearly, should both parties agree. The salary offered will be based on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.
The ad also specifies that quotas will be followed as established by federal guidelines, including specific women’s quotas, and any qualifying disability quotas and that the quotas regarding Balochistan will be governed by the guidelines of the federal government.
