Role Education & Qualification Key Experience Requirement
GM (Ship Management) Master Mariner (Class-1) or Chief Engineer (Class-1) Significant shore-based technical management of tankers/bulk carriers.
Manager (Workshop) B.E. (Marine/Mech) or Chief Engineer (Class-1) Experience in managing ship repair facilities (West Wharf focus).
Superintendent Fleet Master Mariner or Chief Engineer (Class-1) Valid CoC with previous experience in fleet technical supervision.
Head of Internal Audit Fellow ICAP, ICMAP, ACCA, or CPA 10 years post-qualification experience in Audit/Finance.
Manager (Legal) LLB or LLM Expertise in Maritime Law and Contract Management for SOEs.
Role Certificate of Competency (CoC) Mandatory Sea Service
Master Valid Class-1 Master Mariner (Foreign Going) 2 years of experience in the same rank on tankers/bulkers.
Chief Engineer Valid Class-1 Chief Engineer (Motor) 2 years of experience in the same rank.
Chief Officer Valid Class-2 Deck (Chief Officer) 1 year of experience in the same rank.
2nd Engineer Valid Class-2 Engine (2nd Engineer) 1 year of experience in the same rank.
Electrical Engineer Valid ETO (Electro-Technical Officer) Cert 2 years of experience in the same rank.

 

How to Apply:

All those wishing to apply for the positions must fill out the application form as established by PNSC and submit a CV meeting the published criteria.

Those currently employed by the Government must route their applications through the proper channels and must provide a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC).

The positions will be provided on a contract basis for two years, with a potential extension yearly, should both parties agree. The salary offered will be based on the applicant’s qualifications and experience.

The ad also specifies that quotas will be followed as established by federal guidelines, including specific women’s quotas, and any qualifying disability quotas and that the quotas regarding Balochistan will be governed by the guidelines of the federal government.

Those who submit an application must make sure that they have entered the required information on the online application accurately, since the corporation has stated that they will consider merit and qualifications for all applicants. PNSC has the right to either accept or decline any applications without giving a reason.
