Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission has announced its latest jobs 2026 for contract-based posts in Karachi through online application

Pakistan PAEC Jobs 2026: Energy Commission has issued an advertisement announcing a new round of public recruitment for PAEC Jobs 2026. The purpose of recruitment is to fill PAEC Jobs 2026 | Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission Technical, Admin & Support Staff Vacancies Online Apply several technical, administrative, clerical – and support posts in Karachi under a project-based contract with a Provident Fund Scheme for prospective candidates. Qualified – suitable – capable – but unqualified Pakistani residents can apply through the official PAEC website. Vacant positions require varying levels of technical, administrative, clerical/ data entry, and driving skills and abilities. The PAEC job format will contain many duties and responsibilities associated with each vacant post – all applicants wishing to apply will have to meet all PAEC requirements in addition to meeting all other prescribed qualifications/ experience for the specific position they wish to apply for. 1 Technician-I (Electrical) (SPS-4) 3-year DAE Electrical, 1st Division, from a recognized Polytechnic Institute. Relevant practical experience preferred.
2 Technician-I (Bio Medical Technician) (SPS-4) F.Sc 1st Division with a 2-year diploma in the relevant field from a government-recognized institute and at least 3 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
3 Technician-I (Medical Dispenser) (SPS-4) F.Sc 1st Division with a 2-year diploma in the relevant field from a government-recognized institute and minimum 3 years of practical experience in the relevant field.
4 Technician-I (Medical Technician) (SPS-4) F.Sc 1st Division with a 2-year diploma in a relevant field from a government-recognized institute and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in General Medicine, ENT, Surgery, Anesthesia, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Pathology, Physiotherapy, or Dental work.
5 Computer Operator (SPS-4) Option A: B.Sc Physics/Math/Stat/Econ or 2-year Associate Degree in Science or BCS/BIT, 1st Division, with 10,000 key depressions per hour. Option B: 3-year DAE in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Technology, 1st Division, plus 6-month computer applications course. IT-related practical experience preferred.
6 Jr. Assistant-I (Admin) (SPS-4) BCS or BBA, such as HRM, Marketing, IT, or Supply Chain Management, 2 years with 1st Division, or BA/B.Sc with 2-year ADS 1st Division, or equivalent admin-related qualification as per HEC standard.
7 Jr. Assistant-I (Accounts) (SPS-4) BBA Finance/Banking, 2 years with 1st Division, or B.Com 2 years, or 2-year ADS Commerce/Finance with 1st Division, or equivalent finance-related qualification as per HEC standard.
8 Technician-II (Mechanical-HVAC) (SPS-3) Option A: F.Sc Pre-Engineering 1st Division with relevant practical experience preferred. Option B: Matric Science 1st Division with 2-year apprenticeship or certificate, 2 years relevant experience, and skill test.
9 Technician-II (Civil-Mason) (SPS-3) Option A: F.Sc Pre-Engineering 1st Division with relevant practical experience preferred. Option B: Matric Science 1st Division with 2-year apprenticeship or certificate, 2 years relevant experience, and skill test.
10 Data Entry Operator (SPS-2) Matric Science or Matric with Computer Science, minimum 2nd Division with at least 50% marks, 6-month computer course, 5000 key depressions per hour, and 2 years relevant experience.
11 Driver-III (SPS-2) Matric with a civil driving license, including LTV and HTV, with 3 years of driving experience. Minimum height required is 168 cm (5 feet 6 inches).

Important Notes 

  • The Posts are temporary but will likely continue indefinitely.
  • The Job will be offered under the Perm Fund, and according to the Rules and Policy in existence at the time of Appointment.
  • Age limit is 35 years old as of the Close of the Advertisement, but relaxation will be allowed according to the applicable RULES.
  • Only experience gained after the required qualifications will be considered.
  • Applicants should possess educational documents from a government-recognised institution
  • Only Pakistan Nationals can apply.
  • Where the qualifying requirement requires 1st division in the final degree, only 1 2nd division in the entire educational career from Matric to the degree could be accepted.
  • Even if the applicant meets the Minimum Eligibility requirements, there is no guarantee of being shortlisted. If there are large numbers of applicants who meet minimum eligibility requirements, only applicants with More Academic Qualifications / More Academic Years of experience related to the Job will be shortlisted for the Interview.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for an applicant to qualify for the test or Interview.
  • Initial office assignment will be in Karachi, but after employment, applicants may be placed anywhere in Pakistan during their employment.
  • The Organisation may delete or withdraw, or disqualify all appointments or applications at any time without having to provide Justification.
