1) District Disaster Management Coordinator ( lump sum)
- Job Type: Contract (03 Years)
The Board of Revenue, Punjab, has authorized the Disaster Management Department to assign one District Disaster Management Coordinator at all district levels. The respective posts will be placed under the administrative domain of the Disaster Management Department; however, they shall remain accountable to the respective Deputy Commissioner/Administrator and act in line with orders issued by the Government of the Punjab. It is a 3-year contract-based position with a lump sum pay package.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
District-level coordination of disaster management activities
Develop disaster management and risk reduction plans
Work with the district administration and rescue bays
Meteorological extremes (floods, earthquakes, fires, and other natural emergencies)
Qualification Required:
Master’s degree in Disaster Management, Environmental Sciences, Geography, Public Administration, or related substantial experience. Preference will be given to the candidates with relevant experience
Experience Needed:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in disaster management, emergency response, or public sector projects. good communication and reporting skills.
