Minimum Qualification & Experience (As Advertised)

Required:

  • SOA (USA) / IFOA (UK) Associate member
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience in an Actuarial role

Role focus:

  • Conduct and review actuarial pricing, valuation, and IFRS-17 reporting
  • Model support, assumptions, and methodology development and maintenance
  • Support solvency and capital adequacy assessments & compliance
  • Technical support, staff training and mentorship, and management reporting.

2) Asst Manager – Senior Actuarial Analyst (Life / Takaful / Pension Health)………………………………………………….

Required:

  • Relevant Qualifications: 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university
  • Passed (at least 3 of SOA/IFOA exams, not including the VEEs/Modules)
  • 1–2 years of actuarial work experience (relevant field/work)

Role focus:

  • Can do actuarial valuation and IFRS-17 calculations independently
  • Innovation & Pricing (Life / Takaful / Pension / Health based on the job)
  • Document and liaise with Finance, Underwriting, IT, and Reinsurance/Retakaful
  • Audit support and providing analysis for business decisions

3) Assistant Manager – Actuarial Analyst (Life / Takaful / Pension / Health)

Required:

  • The Candidate must hold a 4 year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university
  • At Least 1 SOA/IFOA (Exam-(as specified) other than VEEs/Modules

Role focus:

  • Support pricing and profitability analysis
  • Support actuarial valuations, reserving, and IFRS-17 reporting
  • Conduct data validation, actuarial modeling, and experience analysis
  • Assist in solvency calculations and regulatory/financial report preparation
