- Lead Cabin Crew: Traditionally advertised as a ‘Lead Cabin Crew‘ position requiring 2/3 years‘ prior experience flying; however, most of the current vacancies being filled will be for the Cabin Crew. If you have previous experience and are applying for one of these positions, you would typically be considered for ‘Lead‘ roles at the time of the interview or if promoted from within the company.
