Public Sector Organization Jobs 2026 In Sahiwal, there is an opening for District Coordinator for a humanitarian aid program funded by the United Nations (UN) within the Sahiwal region. This position will be based in the local organization’s office. This organization requests experienced professionals for positions involving management/leading development programs. In addition to this Sahiwal position, professionals will also be hired to fill various roles at a regional level across five regions, including Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. All positions require either previous development/ humanitarian or donor-funded development experience. Several positions will require community-based experience. Each position has been designed to require a combination of mid- and senior-level expertise to ensure effective workforce planning to develop the best policy and procedures for UN-supported humanitarian aid and disaster relief. Requires at least 6 years of experience in construction or renovation projects, especially schools, health units, or WASH-related schemes. Applicants should be able to supervise sites, maintain quality standards, prepare estimates, and monitor technical work.
4 Admin and Finance Officer 1 B.Com or MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification. Requires 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in donor-funded projects. The role calls for knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, administration, procurement, inventory handling, and MS Office or accounting software.
5 Community Resource Persons 4 An intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field. Requires at least 3 years of experience in community mobilization or project support. Familiarity with data collection, basic reporting, and community engagement is important. Preference will be given to local candidates.
6 Monitoring & Evaluation Officer 1 Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field. Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in M&E systems, data collection, and field monitoring. The role includes field visits, indicator tracking, and preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports.
7 Driver 1 Middle or Matric qualification with a valid LTV or HTV driving license. Requires 3 to 5 years of professional driving experience, knowledge of local routes, basic vehicle maintenance, punctuality, and compliance with safety procedures.
